Sorry, we only support online purchases through our official website.
Where are ChubbyCable® products shipped from?
Our products are designed in Canada and shipped randomly from either our Canada or Hong Kong warehouses.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment options based on your location.
The website didn’t work properly.
Please send a screenshot of the issue — we’ll verify and resolve it quickly.
Why haven’t I received a reply after contacting customer service?
We reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Check spam folders or whitelist our address.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it at checkout before payment. Discounts cannot be combined.

Need to change your address, product, or apply a discount code? Here’s how to update your order easily.
I want to change my shipping address.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can modify your address immediately.
I want to change product color or model.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can adjust it. After shipment, we’ll offer a discount for repurchase.
Can you intercept my parcel in transit?
If the parcel is still on the way, we’ll contact logistics for a recall and re-shipment.
I forgot to use a discount code.
If the code wasn’t used, we’ll refund the difference. Please note, only one code can be used per order.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination.
My order hasn’t shipped after a few days.
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 10 days, it may indicate a shipping delay or lost parcel.
Please contact us — we’ll verify the situation and arrange a prompt replacement if needed.
My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please contact your local courier first. If still not found, send proof of loss — we’ll resend.
Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately — you’ll still receive all items.
Are there address requirements for delivery?
Please avoid PO Boxes or APO addresses for faster delivery.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
No, ChubbyCable® covers all customs duties for you.

What is the material of ChubbyCable® cables?
Our USB-C cables feature a strong aluminum-alloy housing for superior heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. The environmentally friendly silicone jacket prevents cracking and reduces signal interference.

My cable charges slowlyMy cable charges slowly. What should I do?.
To achieve fast charging, please:
- Use a compatible fast charging adapter
- Ensure your cable supports fast charging
- Check if your device supports PD or QC fast charge
- Keep the charging port clean
What if my screen protector arrives damaged?
Screen protectors are fragile items. If damaged during transit, contact us for a free replacement.
Does it include an installation guide?
Yes! Each box includes a manual and a QR code for an easy video tutorial. Plus, every box has two protectors in case of mistakes.
Does it affect Face ID or fingerprints?
You can re-register your face or fingerprint after installation — it should work normally afterward.
Custom Products

Can I modify my uploaded design?
If production hasn’t started, yes. Once confirmed, changes aren’t possible.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

Will my order arrive before holidays?
We’ll do our best, but delays may occur during peak seasons.
Why did my package ship from China?
Most ship from the U.S., but some from China for efficiency.
Tracking hasn’t updated due to holidays.
